  • Due to food safety & hygiene concerns, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.

  Replacements / Refunds

  We offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged during transit.

  2. You have received a wrong item in your order.

  3. The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery.

  • Normal Orders: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/wrong/defective products.

  • Holiday / Festive Season (e.g., Diwali, New Year, Raksha Bandhan): Orders delivered during this period can avail a 72-hour return/replacement window.

  Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer / UPI after verification.

  Return Shipping Charges
