Can I buy as a guest, or do I need an account?
You can checkout as a guest or create an account to save addresses, view order history, and speed up future purchases.
Do you offer product bundles or subscription plans?
Yes — we often have curated bundles and seasonal packs. If you want regular deliveries, ask us about our subscription options (we can set up recurring orders).
How do I choose product weight / size on the product page?
On each product page you’ll find a size or weight selector (e.g., 100g, 250g, 500g). Select the option you want before clicking “Add to cart.”
Can I add a gift note or request special packaging?
Yes — at checkout you can include a short order note. For custom corporate or gifting packaging, contact us at nutsforwellness1@gmail.com.
Are product images and weights accurate?
We strive for accuracy — images show the actual product and listed weights are net product weight. Minor variations (±5%) can occur in natural produce packing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay/PhonePe), net banking, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available
Is online payment secure on your site?
Yes — payments are processed by trusted gateways using SSL encryption. We never store full card details on our servers.
I paid but didn’t receive an order confirmation — what should I do?

Are there any additional processing fees or taxes at checkout?
Prices include applicable GST. Shipping & handling fees are shown separately at checkout. No hidden processing charges from Nuts For Wellness.
Can I get an invoice or GST invoice for my order?
Yes — GST invoices are issued on request. Provide your GSTIN and business details while ordering (or email us after purchase).
RETURNS
What is your returns policy for nuts & dry fruits?
We accept returns for damaged, contaminated, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please send photos and order details to nutsforwellness1@gmail.com.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Contact our support with order number and photos. After verification, we’ll offer replacement, credit note, or refund within 3–7 business days depending on the case.
Do you accept returns for opened packs or bulk orders?
For hygiene reasons, opened packs are generally not accepted unless there is a product quality issue. Bulk orders with defects will be handled case-by-case.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), Nuts For Wellness covers return shipping. For buyer’s remorse, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The actual time to reflect in your account depends on your bank/gateway.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer Standard (3–7 days), Express (1–3 days) where available, and same-day delivery in select local areas. Exact times vary by location and courier.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen delivery speed. We sometimes run free-shipping promos above a minimum order value.
Do you ship across India and to remote locations?
Yes — we ship pan-India. Some remote PIN codes may take longer or incur extra charges; these will be shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email or WhatsApp a tracking number and link. You can use that link to view real-time courier updates.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
First check the tracking link. If there’s no movement for 48+ hours or delivery exceeds the ETA, contact us with your order number and we’ll liaise with the courier immediately.
