It all began when Shailesh Ratan, while enjoying a handful of walnuts one afternoon, paused to reflect:
“What if everyone could experience the simple joy and natural goodness of nuts, seeds, and dry fruits in their purest form?”
Growing up in a family where health, tradition, and flavour were inseparable, Shailesh always believed that food is more than sustenance — it is culture, care, vitality, and love.
What troubled her, however, was how often people unknowingly compromise: choosing products filled with preservatives, sourced from unreliable places, or processed in unhealthy ways. The convenience was costing people their well-being.
That moment sparked a mission —

Enter Bheem Ratan — Shailesh’s husband, partner in life, and now partner in this purpose-driven venture.
Where Shailesh envisioned, Bheem executed.
He took that seed of an idea and nurtured it with planning, logistics, systems, and structure. From sourcing premium-quality nuts and dry fruits, to setting up clean processing and smart packaging, Bheem shaped the foundation that allowed the vision to flourish.
